I have a particular focus on Total and Permanent Disability (TPD) claims and understand the significant impact these situations can have on individuals and their families. Dealing with superannuation funds, insurers and medical evidence can be complicated, especially when someone is already trying to manage their health and future. My role is to help take that pressure off clients and guide them through the process with clear advice and strong representation.
I believe experience is critical when handling TPD matters, particularly when claims involve complex medical histories, pre-existing conditions or declined claims.
